Our assignment: Help the fastest growing food franchise in America answer the questions: Can we make a meatless burger as good as the original – and would people buy it?

 

Strategy

Once upon a time in 2018, meatless burgers sounded like the definition of an oxymoron. But through consumer testing and research, we helped the iconic burger chain determine the beet burger was on-brand and viable as a new menu item. 

 

Results

The success of the beet burger in test markets resulted in a nationwide rollout in select markets.
